Mini sessions are a great option for families looking for a quick, updated family photo or holiday card photos!
Location: Berks County (Late afternoon / Early evening)
Duration: 15-minute session
Includes: Fully-edited digital gallery download (10+ high-resolution files)
Participants: Limited to a single family unit/household. (If you wish to inquire about extended family sessions with cousins or grandchildren together, please reach out PRIOR to purchasing.)
Important Scheduling Notes
Date: Saturday, October 17 (Rain Date: Sunday, October 18)
Requirement: You MUST be available for both your selected Saturday time slot and the corresponding Sunday rain date time slot.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Retainer & Contract: The $175 paid today is a non-refundable retainer fee that secures your specific time slot and is applied toward your $350 total cost. A signed contract is also required to fully secure your booking.
Remaining Balance: The remaining $175 balance is due 72 hours prior to your session in cash or credit card (no checks accepted).
NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON: All sales are final. Purchasing this session confirms you have read the listing details and agree to the total $350 session price. No refunds will be issued for failure to read or understand these terms.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Credit: Missed sessions due to client absence will not be rescheduled. If you cannot attend your scheduled time, or if the session is canceled due to unforeseen studio or weather closures, your retainer will be applied as a store credit toward a future session date.
