Maternity Session Questionnaire

    While this questionnaire is meant to be helpful in the styling of the session, please note that the photographer reserves the right to include or exclude certain poses based on safety and/or style preference. You should be hiring me based on my previous work that is showcased on my website. While sites like Pinterest can be a fun place for inspiration, please know that I will not ever copy another photographer's work or recreate a pose or set-up. 

    Clients are required to provide any undergarments needed for the session as those items are of a very personal nature. If you plan to go bra-less for any of the dresses, cups will be provided for discretion. 
    If you would like to be tagged on social media posts and have access to sneak peeks, please include your social media information below. Please feel free to list anyone you would like tagged. Due to individual privacy settings, I may or may not be able to tag you so please feel free to tag yourself!
